08/03/2007: EBV Elektronik Launches New Board Support Package for DragonFire Reference DesignMunich/Brunswick: EBV Elektronik, an Avnet Company (NYSE:AVT), and DOMOLOGIC announce an additional board support package (BSP) for the successful DragonFire reference design. With this package based on JControl technology, applications for the COBRA5329 can now be performed in the object-oriented programming language JAVA. This will make it easier to develop graphic user interfaces. The outstanding features of JControl are its very short start time, low number of system requirements, high degree of scalability as well as easy adaptability to other display technologies. For example, the COBRA5329 requires less than 2 seconds with JControl to finish setting up the graphic user interface after being powered up. It only takes a fraction of a second to switch from one monitor to another. The development work is supported by a large number of finished graphic components such as buttons, scroll bars, adjustment fields, display units and even complete menu structures, which can be easily incorporated into specific applications In addition, developers have an extremely easy-to-use Java-based programming interface (API) at their disposal.

07/12/2007: New JControl BSP for COBRA5329KIT and M5235BCCFor the evaluation boards COBRA5329KIT and M5235BCC (both are based on Freescale's ColdFire processor) we offer the JControl platform as Board Support Package (BSP). A new CD image (version 1.7) is available for download and it contains the JControl firmware, comprehensive documentation, tutorials, examples and the integrated development environment JControl/IDE. With this, you're able to develop applications with a graphical user interface or with fieldbus connectivity (according to ANSI/EIA/CEA-709) in Java and upload them to the evaluation boards by network.

04/13/2007: Meet DOMOLOGIC at the Hannover Fair 2007DOMOLOGIC will be present at the Hannover Fair 2007. From the 16th to the 20th of April we will present our solutions in the fields of graphical user interfaces for embedded systems and network communication with ANSI/EIA/CEA-709.
